LI 208
Title:  LI 208
Description:  Long Island C420 208 passes Landia station with a westbound train of ping pongs. Landia was situated between Hicksville and Syosset on the Port Jefferson branch, and was established for use by workers at the nearby Cerro Wire factory, now a Superfund site. There was never a depot here, just a platform, served by one eastbound and one westbound train per day. The stop was abolished in 1973. Date of photo approximate.
