This oil train arrived at the Tesoro refinery with all units pointing west. Since there is no wye at Fidalgo, this is the how the empty train departs! They later wyed the SD70MAC at Avon, but had all sorts of problems linking it back up to the DPU. In fact, they are still messing with it as I post this. |
