The slide is labeled "Fults" but it could be anywhere in that general area on what is now UP's Chester sub. If you have a better handle on the location, please let me know. MP 4648 was later UP 148, and is believed to be one of the ex-Mopac B23-7s sent to Mexico, and rebuilt by Ferrovias Mexicanas S.A. de C.V., San Luis Potosi, with 3'0" gauge (.914m) C-C trucks in August, 2007 for the Carbones de Cesar Railway in Colombia.
