Description:  In 1964, Mopac repowered all of their Alco RS3s with EMD 12-567 engines, and designated them as "GP12s". They were subsequently traded in to GE in 1976, briefly leased to Conrail in 1977, and then shortline TTI got three of them in 1979 and chopped their noses, with the result that you see here.
