Description:  BN train 138 returns to Klamath Falls with the UP interchange traffic from Bieber. During 1984-85, traffic on this part of the Inside Gateway consisted of one train a day operated as a turn out of Klamath Falls, 137 southbound and 138 northbound, usually with the trio of GP39-2s seen here. Thankfully for us foamers, it usually ran in the daytime. BN 2708 was later BNSF 2708. Date of photo approximate.
